PROVISION OF THE WEBSITE AND CREATION OF LOG FILES
1. Data collection
In principle, you can visit our websites without telling us who you are. We only learn technical data, such as the name of your Internet service provider, the website from which you are coming, and the web pages you visit on our site. This is primarily technical data (e.g. Internet browser, operating system, host name of the accessing computer, IP address or time of the page call). This data is collected automatically as soon as you enter this website. This information, together with the date and time, is evaluated for internal statistical purposes of advertising, website analysis and for the needs-based design of our websites. As a user, you remain completely anonymous. Pseudonymous user profiles are not created. These files are not merged with other data sources.
2. Purpose and legal basis of the data processing
The temporary storage of the IP address by the system is necessary to enable delivery of the website to the user's computer. For this purpose, the IP address of the user must remain stored for the duration of the session. These purposes are also our legitimate interest in data processing according to Art. 6 lit. f DSGVO for the technically error-free presentation and optimization of the website.
3. Hosting
External hosting
This website is hosted by an external service provider (hoster). The personal data collected on this website is stored on the hoster's servers. This may include, but is not limited to, IP addresses, contact requests, meta and communication data, contractual data, contact details, names, website accesses and other data generated via a website.
The hoster is used for the purpose of fulfilling the contract with our potential and existing customers (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b DSGVO) and in the interest of a secure, fast and efficient provision of our online offer by a professional provider (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO). Insofar as a corresponding consent has been requested, the processing is carried out exclusively on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a DSGVO and § 25 para. 1 TTDSG, insofar as the consent includes the storage of cookies or access to information in the user's terminal device (e.g. device fingerprinting) as defined by the TTDSG. The consent can be revoked at any time.
Our hoster will only process your data to the extent necessary to fulfill its service obligations and follow our instructions regarding this data.
We use the following hoster:
Mittwald CM Service GmbH & Co. K
Königsberger Street
632339 Espelkamp
Order processing
We have concluded an order processing agreement (AVV) with the above-mentioned provider. This is a contract required by data protection law, which ensures that this provider only processes the personal data of our website visitors in accordance with our instructions and in compliance with the DSGVO.
4. Duration of storage
The data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required to achieve the purpose for which it was collected. In the case of the collection of data for the provision of the website, this is the case when the respective session has ended.
If you assert a legitimate request for deletion or revoke consent to data processing, your data will be deleted unless we have other legally permissible reasons for storing your personal data (e.g. retention periods under tax or commercial law); in the latter case, the data will be deleted once these reasons no longer apply.
5. Possibility of objection and elimination
The collection of data for the provision of the website and the storage of the data in log files is mandatory for the operation of the website. Consequently, there is no possibility of objection on the part of the user.
6. Analysis tools and advertising
Matomo
This website uses the open source web analytics service Matomo. Matomo uses technologies that allow the recognition of the user across pages for the analysis of user behavior. No cookies are required or created for this purpose. The information collected by Matomo about the use of this website is stored on our server. The IP address is anonymized before storage.
With the help of Matomo, we are able to collect and analyze data about the use of our website by website visitors. This allows us to find out, among other things, when which page views were made and from which region they come. We also collect various log files (e.g. IP address, referrer, browsers and operating systems used) and can measure whether our website visitors perform certain actions (e.g. clicks, purchases, etc.).
The use of this analysis tool is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO. The website operator has a legitimate interest in analyzing user behavior in order to optimize both its website and its advertising.
IP anonymization
We use IP anonymization for the analysis with Matomo. In this case, your IP address is shortened before analysis so that it can no longer be clearly assigned to you.
Cookieless analysis
We have configured Matomo so that it does not store cookies in your browser.
Hosting
We host Matomo with the following third-party provider:
Mittwald CM Service GmbH & Co. K
Königsberger Street 4-
32339 Espelkamp
Order processing
We have concluded an order processing agreement (AVV) with the above-mentioned provider.
